This project is aimed at organizing the production of automated systems for technical accounting of electricity and increasing the efficiency of resource consumption. It is a multi-hardware and software package that provides analysis of energy consumption structure in housing facilities, monitoring of energy consumption, the possibility of reducing the resources cost and process management in order to save energy.

On the base of this system we plan to conduct R&D to enhance the existing functionality by adding the functions required for high-quality energy audit, control and minimization of energy resources consumption.

In addition, the project focuses on comprehensive implementation of energy service contracts. We are willing to cooperate throughout the entire process: from the initial examination of the facility and equipping it with meters to the implementation of resource consumption efficiency improving measures.

This project is aimed at solving the problem of connection between resources consumption and the technology of their consumption, and the empirical indicators of consumption of each resource. Due to the features of this approach it is possible to realize the following innovative functions:

• automatic correction of operating modes of consuming devices and systems for the selected metric;
• management of the devices relating to the general house-equipment;
• monitoring of consumption at the individual customer level (a large number of accounting units (thousands) in contrast to existing systems);
• energy source cost-effectiveness monitoring.

The project’s novelty:

• new low-cost monitoring tools can dramatically reduce infrastructure maintenance costs;
• energy audit includes permanent, full, detailed monitoring;
• energy service contracts to be implemented;
• energy service contracts include not only working with private clients, but also with municipal enterprises.
